Rules and Regulation
Quiet Time
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum, including outside.
Breakages/Damage
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would appreciate the heads up so we can arrange the appropriate person to fix it or order a replacement. Thank you!
Smoking Policy
This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area immediately surrounding property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. We ask that all smoking take place in the front of the house nearest the street to avoid the smell getting into the home. All butts must be extinguished and properly disposed of.
Pets
We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.
